OUR PROGRAMS
We work with teens, aged 12-18, and young adults, aged 18-25, to overcome mental health and substance abuse challenges and pave the way for a bright and successful future.

Adolescent Program (12-18 Years Old)
Our Day Treatment programs for adolescents are designed to provide structured, therapeutic support while helping teens build emotional resilience and develop healthy coping skills. We understand the unique challenges young people face today—from academic pressures to social stress—and tailor care plans to address those needs in a compassionate, age-appropriate setting. Our clinical team works closely with families, schools, and community partners to ensure continuity of care and educational progress. Whether your teen attends the afternoon or full-day program, they’ll benefit from individual therapy, group work, and evidence-based approaches designed specifically for adolescents.
Young Adult Program (18-25 Years Old)
Our Young Adult Day Treatment program helps bridge the gap between adolescence and adulthood, providing therapeutic structure during a time of increased independence and life transitions. This program supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use while also focusing on life skills like self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and vocational or academic planning. We create a safe, judgment-free space for young adults to explore their identity, rebuild confidence, and form healthy connections. Programming includes individual therapy, peer groups, and holistic activities tailored to the developmental needs of emerging adults.

HOW IT WORKS
We listen to your story, take down your details, and discuss which of our programs will be best for you.
We contact your insurance provider and get approval for the recommended treatment program.
We design a personalized treatment plan, based on the results of a biological and psychological assessment.
You start treatment right away, usually joining group therapy on the day of your assessment.
KIWI’S PROGRAMS ALSO INCLUDE:
All of our clients enjoy a continental-style breakfast, plus drinks and snacks. Participants are also served a delicious hot lunch. We partner with local eateries to provide tasty and balanced meals that our youth enjoy.
Adolescents (ages 12-18) in our full day treatment programs get 1.5 hours of academic tutoring every day. Our licensed teaching staff liaise with your child’s school to ensure they keep up with their coursework and homework.
We offer therapy sessions for all of our programs via video sessions. However, on a long term basis, we recommend that teens participate in-person, as this helps them connect more deeply for a complete therapeutic experience.
