We’re a team committed to providing top-notch treatment to the youth in our care. As part of the Kiwi team, you’ll be accountable for meeting high standards of clinical quality, including robust assessment and documentation to ensure every client is making progress as a person.
As well as the clients themselves, you’ll be working closely with their family, Kiwi management and the rest of our team.

Part-time (3 positions)
We are looking for a part-time IOP clinician who holds a behavioral health or addiction/recovery license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, PsyD, LADC) to be part of the Kiwi Recovery team! Clinicians at Kiwi Recovery provide the highest level of quality mental health and recovery focused treatment for teens and transitional ages youth (ages 13-25) in our Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.
Days/Hours: Monday - Thursday from 2:30p - 7:00pm.
Candidates will have experience and expertise in:
- Treatment of patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
- Experience facilitating evidenced based therapy focused groups and be knowledgeable in the treatment of dual diagnosis and mental health disorders.
- Function independently, have the ability to manage crises and understand levels of care for addiction and psychiatric treatment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, be able to work well on a multidisciplinary clinical team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective time management tactics and possess organizational skills.
Full-time, 8a-4:30p
We are looking for a full-time expressive therapist who holds a master's degree in expressive arts to be part of the Kiwi Recovery team! Clinicians at Kiwi Recovery provide the highest level of quality mental health and recovery focused treatment for teens and transitional ages youth (ages 13-25) in a Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.
Candidates will have experience and expertise in:

- Experience facilitating expressive therapy focused groups and be knowledgeable in the treatment of dual diagnosis and mental health disorders.
- Function independently, have the ability to manage crises and understand levels of care for addiction and psychiatric treatment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, be able to work well on a multidisciplinary clinical team, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Full-time, hours 9am-5pm

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years relevant and progressive experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong working knowledge of General Ledger/Balance Sheet
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated self starter and effective leader
- Possess knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Duties include:
- A/R & A/P
- Cash management
- General Ledger/Balance Sheet analysis
- Participation in Month-end close
- Monthly/quarterly reporting
- Bank Reconciliation
- Reconciling accounts
- Managing Patient Billing & Statements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
